Bad Habits That Wreck Your Teeth

1.  Sports Activities Without a Mouth-Guard.
 A mouth guard is important when playing contact sports to protect your teeth from accidents. The piece of moulded plastic can save the life of your teeth from getting knocked off or chipped teeth when the action begins. You can use custom made a self-fitting mouth guard or NHS dentist suggested mouth guard.

2. Bottles Before Bedtime. 

Giving your baby a bottle of formula or juice before sleeping leads them to tooth decay.
Their teeth are soaked in sugars overnight. Avoid giving a bottle to drink before they go to sleep

 
3. Soft Drinks.

 Candies and sodas are loaded with sugar. It has some amount of sugar for every serving. It has citric and phosphoric acids that erode teeth enamel.
 it's make effect on your whiter teeth. Diet sodas have less sugar but have more acids because of artificial sweeteners.


4. Munching on Ice.
  Chewing ice cubes can chip or crack the teeth. It irritates soft tissues around the teeth. Extreme hot or cold food could activate sharp or persistent tooth pain.
